Customer Challenges

While the company is actively pursuing Digital Transformation (DX) to adapt to business changes and ensure sustainable growth, it was still relying mainly on paper-based forms and Excel spreadsheets for tasks such as managing staff attendance records and tracking project work hours. As a result, omissions and calculation errors occurred frequently.

Solved by KDDI!

To tackle these challenges, the company has worked with KDDI Vietnam since 2021 to develop and deploy business applications leveraging Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint.
The adoption of these business applications has enhanced the quality of attendance, leave, and project progress management, enabling continuous operational improvements.

Why KDDI Vietnam Was Chosen

KDDI Vietnam has long provided maintenance support for VINADECO's OA equipment, building a strong relationship of trust through daily communication. Over time, VINADECO came to value our engineers' advanced technical skills, extensive experience, and commitment to delivering optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
Based on this trust and positive evaluation, VINADECO consulted with us about their operational challenges. We proposed starting with a PoC (Proof of Concept) for partial development and testing, which led to the step-by-step implementation of business application development.
