| Business overview | - Solution consulting |
| Working Description | - Consult and compose IT solutions based on customer requirements, covering middle and large projects from pre-sales to post-sales phases. - Maintain project quality by managing and coordinating vendor work. - Support and maintain customer relationships for assigned customers as Customer Manager. - Lead, advise, and support junior engineers in project implementation. - Lead a small group of engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress, and report status to the line manager in a timely manner. - Perform other assigned duties. |
| Requirement | - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player. - Solid technical experience with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Ability to consult and create solutions for at least 3 of the following technical areas: + Network: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc. + Server: IBM, HP, NEC, Dell, Fujitsu, etc.PABX: Panasonic, NEC, Avaya, etc. + PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.) + System: Microsoft, Symantec, VMware, Acronis, etc. + Cloud: Enterprise, public, and private cloud solutions; mail/web hosting, etc. + Security: Vulnerability assessment, managed security services, etc. + Access Line: MPLS, internet leased line, FTTH, etc. |
